Job Description

A KYC Merchant On boarding Executive is a role commonly found in banks, fintech companies, and

payment service providers. This job focuses on verifying and on boarding new merchants while

ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) norms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify merchant documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GST, bank details, etc.)

• Perform KYC checks as per regulatory guidelines

• On-board merchants onto platforms (POS, payment gateways, QR systems)

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, risk, operations)

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies

• Follow up with merchants for missing documents

• Maintain accurate records and data entry

🔹 Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of KYC/AML processes

• Good communication skills

• Attention to detail

• MS Excel / data handling

• Understanding of banking or fintech operations

🔹 Eligibility

• Graduate (any stream; B.Com / BBA preferred)

• 0–3 years’ experience (fresher’s can apply)

• Experience in banking, fintech, or sales support is a plus
