Job Description

We are hiring KYC Agents / Field Verification Executives for customer KYC verification work.

The selected candidates will visit customers at their locations, complete the required KYC verification process, and submit the verified information through the designated application and verification device.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers and schedule KYC appointments.

Visit customer locations for KYC verification.

Capture and verify required KYC information.

Use the designated verification device and mobile application.

Ensure accurate submission of completed KYC records.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements

Android 10 or higher smartphone.

Good internet connectivity.

Comfortable with customer interaction and field travel.

Basic knowledge of mobile applications.

Candidates should be able to arrange/use an L1-category verification device.

Accepted device brands: MANTRA, MORPHO or STARTEK.

Refurbished/second-hand devices may also be used if they meet the required specifications.
