Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and drive account expansion
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company goals
Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned key accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers and handle escalations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and customer support) to deliver solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for management
