Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Coordinate with production, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Manage customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
