We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team and take ownership of nurturing and expanding relationships with our most important clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, driving growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Understand client business objectives and develop tailored solutions to achieve mutual goals.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand account revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations, etc.) to deliver client requirements seamlessly.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews for clients.
Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to anticipate client needs.
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and terms to ensure profitability and long-term collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver customer success.
Analytical mindset with experience using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively.
