Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Key Account Manager to manage
and grow our corporate gifting business. The role involves handling key B2B clients,
generating new business, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing key corporate accounts
Identify and acquire new B2B clients for corporate gifting
Understand client requirements and propose suitable gifting solutions
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, dispatch) to ensure
timely delivery
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Track market trends and competitor activityEnsure accurate reporting of sales
pipeline and forecasts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in B2B sales (corporate gifting / promotional products /
printing / merchandising preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Target-driven with a flair for sales
Good knowledge of MS Excel,word ppt and email communication,
Ability to handle multiple accounts and tight timelines
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in corporate gifting, branding, or promotional merchandise
Exposure to handling corporate or enterprise clients
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
