Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) – Paytm
Job Description:
Paytm is hiring Key Account Managers (KAM) for EDC/POS machine sales. The role involves acquiring new merchants, managing merchant relationships, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new merchants for Paytm EDC/POS machines.
- Visit restaurants, retail shops, and other businesses to promote Paytm payment solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and charges to potential merchants.
- Complete merchant onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely approval and deployment of EDC/POS machines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Achieve monthly sales and deployment targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Sales experience in fintech, banking, telecom, or retail is an advantage.
