Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic, confident, and target-driven Key Account Managers (KAMs) to join our growing team.
The role involves acquiring new business clients, meeting business owners and decision-makers, pitching Google Ads solutions, and driving revenue through effective client acquisition and successful deal closures.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential businesses and merchants for Google Ads solutions.
Conduct daily field visits to generate new business leads.
Meet business owners, retailers, and key decision-makers.
Present, pitch, and sell Google Ads advertising packages.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiate with prospective clients and convert leads into paying customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Maintain daily sales reports, lead generation records, and follow-up updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Merchant Acquisition will be an added advantage.
Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
Comfortable with daily field visits and client meetings.
Strong target-oriented, result-driven, and sales-focused mindset.
