What will you drive?
As a Key Account Manager – OSS at CARS24, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging directly with dealers and car mechanics, building strong networks, and generating procurement leads. Your responsibilities will include:
Dealer Onboarding: Identify, connect with, and onboard used car dealers and car mechanics to strengthen the sourcing network.
Dealer/Mechanic Visits (Mandatory): Conduct regular field visits to build relationships, address concerns, and ensure active collaboration.
Lead Generation: Visit used car dealers and car mechanics to generate car leads for procurement, ensuring a steady pipeline.
Closures (RA Role): Work as a Retail Associate (RA) on lead closures, ensuring smooth execution and conversions.
Working Days: 6 (5 days field + 1 day office).
Who are we looking for?
Sales & Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with dealers and mechanics in person and drive lead generation.
Negotiation & Closing Ability: Proven skills in influencing partners and successfully handling closures.
Relationship Management: Ability to establish, nurture, and maintain long-term partnerships with dealers and mechanics.
Field Orientation: Willingness to spend significant time on the field (5 days a week) for dealer and mechanic engagement.
Data Orientation: Ability to manage and update lead records accurately for reporting and analysis.
Experience: Prior experience in field sales, dealer management, or account management will be preferred.
