- Recruit and train insurance team
- Assist agents in selling life insurance to clients
- Guide agents in achieving their sales goals
- Support agents during client meetings
- Ensure compliance with company rules and policies
Who Can Apply:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in insurance, banking, or FMCG)
