Job Description

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a knack for managing strategic accounts and closing B2B deals in the field? We're looking for a Key Account Lead to join our team and drive growth through strong partnerships, tailored solutions, and field engagement.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Develop and execute account plans that align with customer needs and company goals
Drive B2B sales strategies through field visits, in-person meetings, and on-site support
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account expansion
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, service) to deliver customized solutions
Monitor account performance and report on KPIs regularly
