Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our Fuel Monitoring and Vehicle Management Solutions to B2B clients, including logistics companies, transport operators, and industrial fleets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, networking, cold calling, and field visits.
● Present, promote, and sell our fuel monitoring and vehicle tracking solutions to prospective clients.
● Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to address fuel theft, operational inefficiencies, and vehicle tracking needs.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
● Provide regular market feedback and competitive intelligence to the management team. Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telematics, fleet management, IoT, or SaaS solutions.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and target orientation.
● Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork. Preferred Skills:
● Experience in selling to transport/logistics/fleet-heavy industries.
● Familiarity with GPS tracking, fuel sensors, or vehicle telematics solutions.
● Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. Compensation:
