We are looking for a IT Sales Executive to join our team at Solid Core Metals. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field prospecting
Engage with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers, CXOs, Purchase Managers) to understand business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
1–3 years of experience in B2B tech/IT field sales
Exposure to IT infrastructure products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking & security solutions, AV products, SaaS, or IT services.
