IT Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and strategic ERP Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting ERP solutions tailored to business needs. • Business Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP solutions across industries.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

• Client Engagement

  • Understand client requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops for prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Market & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Provide feedback to product and technical teams for solution enhancement.

• Coordination

  • Work closely with ERP implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

📚 Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• Experience: 2–5 years in ERP/software sales, business development, or IT solutions.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
