Job Summary
We Dot Group is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in the UAE market to drive business growth by promoting our IT management and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local business practices, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships across various industries in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and site visits
Promote IT services including managed IT services, (Web Design, Digital Marketing, Software Development and Mobile app)
Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual) across Dubai and other Emirates
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and key decision-makers
Stay updated with UAE market trends, competitors, and IT industry developments
Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of IT sales experience in the UAE/GCC market (mandatory)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
Strong understanding of IT services (Web Design, Digital Marketing, Software Development and Mobile app)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi or Urdu (Arabic is an advantage)
Valid UAE driving license (preferred/required for client visits)
Familiarity with UAE business culture and corporate sales cycles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
