Job Title: Business Development Executive – Field Sales (B2B)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business
opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving B2B sales of IT hardware, software, and services. This role involves a combination of field sales and inside sales activities, making it ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation
● Identify and prospect new clients in the IT hardware and software sectors.
● Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and other sales strategies.
● Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT products and solutions.
2. Product Knowledge & Consultation
● Develop a strong understanding of the company’s IT products and services.
● Provide consultation to clients by recommending solutions aligned with their business needs.
3. Sales Coordination & Follow-ups
● Coordinate with internal teams (technical/support) for accurate product details,
pricing, and delivery timelines.
● Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
● Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales progress.
4. Customer Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
● Address client queries and provide prompt, professional support.
5. Sales Reporting & Targets
● Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
● Track sales activities, pipeline status, and report performance to management.
Qualifications
● 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT
hardware/software).
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Skills Required
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and technology solutions.
● Good negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
Requirements
● Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
● Must have an Android smartphone.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings (2–3 times per week).
