💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role:

GROWTH INDIA is looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, have at least 1 year of experience in selling IT products or services, and love closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Generate leads and follow up proactively

• ✅ Pitch IT products and services confidently to clients

• ✅ Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations

• ✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships

• ✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• ✅ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery

• ✅ Prepare and share quotations and proposals

• ✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

• ✅ Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales

• ✔ Sound knowledge of IT products, hardware/software/services

• ✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• ✔ Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

• ✔ Graduate in any stream (preferably in IT/Sales/Marketing)

• ✔ Willingness to travel for client visits (if needed)
