Job Title: Field Sales Executive – IT Services

Location: Ahmedabad (Field Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive with strong field sales experience and a good understanding of technical solutions in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating new business, understanding customer requirements, and effectively presenting IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

• Present and explain IT services and technical offerings to prospective clients.

• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and solutions.

• Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong field sales and business development experience.

• Good understanding of IT services and technical concepts.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.

• Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of field sales experience.

• Experience in IT Services, Software, SaaS, Cloud, Digital Solutions, or Technology Sales is highly preferred.

• Candidates from non-technical educational backgrounds are welcome if they possess strong technical understanding and relevant IT sales experience.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Technical education is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has proven experience in IT/Technology sales.
