Job Title: Investment Relationship Manager
Location: Pune , Aundh
Department: Business Development relationship manager
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Find and acquire new clients who can invest (High investing potential clients).
Grow client investment portfolio (AUM – Assets Under Management).
Increase SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) investments from new and existing clients.
Reconnect & reactivate old/inactive clients and start their investments again.
Maintain good relationship with clients and guide them in investment planning.
Ensure good service and help clients with queries related to investments.
Achieve monthly targets set by the branch for investments and SIP.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Should be target oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to build customer relationships.
Graduate / Post Graduate (Any stream)
Knowledge of Mutual Funds / Capital Markets is important.
NISM Mutual Fund Distributor Certificate (Series V-A) → Required or should be willing to give exam.
NISM PMS Certificate – added advantage.
Insurance Agent License – added advantage.
Minimum 1 year in mutual funds, investments, wealth management, banking sales, demat sales, or financial advisory.
