Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth operations.
* Handle communication with clients and vendors, ensuring timely responses and professional interactions.
* Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, lead generation, and relationship management.
* Manage office documents, records, and schedules efficiently.
* Support management in organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
* Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in office coordination or related roles.
* Proven sales experience with the ability to handle client queries and follow-ups.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
