International African Market Sales -should have valid passport.
Market Development & Customer Acquisition
Be on the field to identify and acquire potential customers/distributors for TPAC products.
Generate leads through networking, industry contacts and market visits.
Line up and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers and decision-makers.
Establish strong long-term partnerships to ensure consistent growth and sales performance.
Exhibition & Event Planning
Research and identify upcoming trade shows, exhibitions and industry events relevant to TPAC products.
Recommend participation and coordinate preparations with the TPAC team.
Commercial & Costing Management
Work on costing proposals for different customers and market segments.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies.
New Product Development (NPD)
Gather market insights, trends and customer-specific requirements for new products.
Collaborate with TPAC’s sales and product development teams to create tailored solutions for African market.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed agreed sales and market expansion targets for Africa region.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence updates.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Study market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to the TPAC sales team for strategic decision-making.
Brand Representation & Relationship Management
Act as TPAC’s brand ambassador in Africa, ensuring strong brand visibility and positioning.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, associations and trade bodies.
