They are Providing Online and Offline Financial Solutions solutions in All kind of Life Insurance Products, Mutual Funds /  SIP, Mediclaim &  Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Home /  Shop /  Office / Factory Insurance, Employee Insurance, Tax Saving Investment Plans, All kind of Loans like Vehicle, Personal, Home, Business, Project etc.

Role & responsibilities

1 - Field Sales Executives : 25 (Field Sales)

Gender : Male / Female

Age : 21 to 55 yrs

Education : 12th & Above

Experience : Freshers or 1 year

Location : PAN India

Job Profile : A Field Sales Executive works outside the office to generate leads, meet potential clients, explain insurance products, and close sales of various insurance plans. The role focuses on expanding the companys customer base and achieving sales targets through direct interaction with individuals and businesses.

Salary : Rs.10,000 to 15,000pm + Incentives

2 - Tele Callers : 10 ( WFH / Sales)

Gender : Female Only

Age : 21 to 55 yrs

Education : 12th & Above

Experience : Min 1 year

Location : PAN India

Job Profile : The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential candidates over the phone and inviting them to join as Insurance Advisors/Agents. The role focuses on generating leads, explaining the advisor opportunity, and scheduling interviews or meetings with the recruitment manager or team leader.

Salary : Rs.10,000 to 15,000pm + Incentives

3 - Business Associates (SM) - 20 (Field Sales)

Gender : Male / Female

Age : 25 to 55 yrs

Education : 12th & Above

Experience : Min 1 year of Team Recruitment & Development of Sales Executives, Agents, insurance or financial field etc

Location : PAN India

Job Profile : To recruit a team of advisors, who will work as freelancers and do business of Insurance and Mutual Fund Products. The Business Associate is responsible for generating a new business team of advisors, promoting insurance products, advising customers on suitable policies, and achieving sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Salary : Rs.20,000 to Rs.40,000pm + Incentives

4 - Business Development Manager - 10

Gender : Male / Female

Age : 25 to 55 yrs

Education : 12th & Above

Experience : Min 1 to 4 yrs in Team Building, Marketing, MLM, Insurance or broking company etc

Location : PAN India

Job Profile : Business Development Manager is to increase business growth by acquiring new customers, developing distribution channels, and managing relationships with agents, partners, and corporate clients. (BDM) is responsible for growing the company’s business by recruiting agents, developing sales strategies, and increasing insurance policy sales.To recruit & development of POS, who will sale various insurance plans and mutual funds, generate leads & business for the company

Salary : Rs.35,000 to 50,000pm + Incentives
