Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor new agents/advisors.

• Drive sales through the agency channel by building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Monitor performance of the team and ensure achievement of sales targets.

• Conduct regular meetings and provide ongoing training to improve agent productivity.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets.

• Knowledge of insurance or BFSI domain is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: MBA/PGDM).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or team handling (insurance sector preferred).

Salary: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
