Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Candidates Min of 1 to 5 yrs experience in Insurance sales with background of Agency Sales ,loan sales field sales,casa sales banking field sales  complete field sales will be preferred
Age: Less than 35 years
Preferred Industry: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General insurance and NBFC (Willing to do health agency)

Salary Band: 2.5 LPA to 4LPA( Medical Insurance + incentives based on Performance)
insurance experience candidates salary hike last salary CTC hike will be based on the candidates existing package and company standards
Apart from fixed CTC, monthly incentives will be eligible

Role & responsibilities:

1.Primary Responsibility is to recruit Life insurance agents as per plan
2.Activate Life insurance agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
3 .Ensure Active Advisor productivity and drive sales through Agents.
4. Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents
