Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for motor and health insurance products.
Meet individual sales targets and business objectives.
Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and coverage details to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with individual clients, vehicle owners, dealerships, and business partners.
Follow up on policy renewals and cross-sell additional insurance products.
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance processes.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, or field sales.
Knowledge of motor insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Preferred Background
Experience with motor insurance renewals, health insurance sales, agency management, or bancassurance.
Existing network among vehicle owners, dealers, agents, or local businesses is an advantage.
