We are looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join our Health Insurance Sales team.
This is a Front Line Sales (FLS) – Agency Channel role responsible for generating business through recruitment, activation, and management of insurance agents.
Recruit new agents for health insurance sales.
Engage, motivate, and activate existing agents.
Drive agent licensing, onboarding and performance.
Achieve monthly GWP (Gross Written Premium) targets through agents.
Plan and execute local sales strategies and agent engagement programs.
Monitor and improve agent productivity.
Ensure regular agent meetings, goal setting, and performance review.
Provide product training to agents.
Manage the full lifecycle of agents: onboarding → development → performance improvement.
Conduct local sales campaigns, marketing activities, and customer awareness drives.
Promote brand visibility through various field initiatives.
Ensure error-free documentation and processing.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.
Meet monthly sales targets as per the assigned goal sheet.
Ensure consistent performance and team contribution.
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales
Preferably from Insurance / BFSI / NBFC sector
Experience in Agency Channel is an added advantage
