The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining insurance products, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and follow-up.🔑 Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure high conversion rates.• Explain product features, benefits, premium details, and policy terms in a clear manner.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support.• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns efficiently.• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications• 2–3 years of experience in insurance tele-calling or telesales.• Strong knowledge of Motor/Non-Motor General Insurance products (any domain).• Excellent communication and convincing skills.• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.• Confident, energetic, and customer-service oriented.• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, calling software).💼 Benefits• Attractive salary + incentives based on performance.• Friendly work environment and growth opportunities.• Training and support for product knowledge.
