Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain and promote various health insurance plans.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policy options.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.

• Maintain records of leads, calls, and sales activities.

• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the policy process.
  
  Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in health insurance or general insurance sales.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
