Job Summary:
The Front-Line Sales Executive (FLS) – Direct Channel is responsible for selling life/general insurance products directly to customers through field sales activities, leads generated by the company, or self-sourced leads. The role focuses on direct customer interaction, ensuring target achievement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell insurance policies directly to individual customers through personal meetings and digital platforms.
2. Convert leads generated by the company or through self-sourcing into sales.
3. Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Conduct product presentations and financial needs analysis.
5. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and productivity benchmarks.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy sales.
7. Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines.
