Role Purpose:

To build and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents, drive business through them, and ensure consistent growth in the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of Life Insurance Agents/Advisors.

Generate life insurance business through the recruited agents.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Motivate advisors to consistently achieve sales goals.

Support agents in client acquisition, lead generation, and closure.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Maintain strong relationship management with customers and agents.

Promote Bharti AXA Life’s products effectively in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred.

Experience: 1-5 years in sales (insurance/banking/financial services preferred).

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Leadership and team-building abilities.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
