Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the financial services industry.
Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Stay informed on financial industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and tailor financial solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing information, and offering ongoing support.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing clients.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by presenting financial products and services that best meet client needs.
Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Strategic Partnerships & Networking:
Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including banks, investment firms, and financial advisors.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build connections and represent the company.
Reporting & Market Analysis:
Track sales performance and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the seamless delivery of financial services to clients.
