Job Title: Insurance Sales

Reports to: Senior Associate Partner Management / Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• In-bound Calls:

Handle incoming calls from potential clients or referrals. Answer their questions about insurance products and explain basic benefits clearly.

• Out-Bound Calls:

Call leads, referrals, and potential agents to introduce Max Life Insurance, share product details, and generate interest in joining as an agent or purchasing policies.

• Set Meetings:

Schedule meetings with clients or agent prospects. Visit their homes or preferred locations to explain policy options and business opportunities.

• Client Relationship Management:

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Understand their financial needs, recommend suitable insurance plans, and guide them through the decision-making process to close the sale.

Eligibility

• Must have lived in the city for at least 4 years.

• Should have a stable work history (1.5+ years average job tenure).

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience (preferably in sales or team handling).

• Age between 24 to 35 years.

• These criteria are non-negotiable.

Location: Chennai/ Mumbai/ Kolkata/ Pune/ Mumbai/ Ahmedabad/ Goa/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad.

Qualification: Full time Graduation is must (10+2+3)

Preferred: 2 wheelers with a valid driving license.
