Job Description – Sales Manager (Health Insurance)

Location: Bhubaneswar
Vertical: Health Sales
Channel: Agency
Designation: Sales Manager
CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA
Age Limit: Up to 34 years

Profile Requirement:

• Candidates from General Insurance, Motor Insurance, Health Insurance

• Experience in Life Insurance (Agency or Direct Channel)

• Candidates from insurance broking companies selling insurance products are preferred

• Banking candidates are not required
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage agency advisors to drive health insurance sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the agency channel

• Develop new business by expanding the advisor network

• Support agents with product training, sales strategies, and joint fieldwork

• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers

• Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–5 years of experience in insurance sales (agency/direct channel)

• Strong knowledge of health insurance products

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Good communication and team-handling skills

• Graduation preferred

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
