1️⃣ Insurance Sales Executive

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 In-Hand for Freshers
Experienced candidates: Salary as per experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, references, presentations, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Explain insurance products and services to customers.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain and update the customer database.

• Share regular sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate

• Freshers are welcome.

• Candidates with Banking, Insurance, BFSI, or Sales experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of insurance products and market trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

2️⃣ Team Leader – Insurance Sales

Experience: 3–6 years
Preferred Background: Banking Sector
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the insurance sales team.

• Achieve team sales targets and drive business growth.

• Guide team members on insurance products and sales techniques.

• Monitor individual and team performance.

• Develop sales strategies according to market trends.

• Support the team in lead conversion and closing sales.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Banking, Insurance, and the current market.

• Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate

• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Banking Sector.

• Strong knowledge of Insurance products and the Insurance Market is mandatory.

• Team handling and sales leadership experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Strong target-oriented approach.
