we are looking for Health insurance advisor for HDFC ERGO HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY, Primary Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe day-to-day work usually revolves around these core activities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Finding potential clients through cold calling, networking, or digital leads to build a "book of business."Needs Analysis: Interviewing clients to understand their medical history, budget, and specific needs (e.g., maternity coverage, chronic illness management).Policy Customization: Comparing different plans (Individual, Family Floater, Senior Citizen, or Corporate) to find the best fit.Education: Explaining complex terms like deductibles, co-payments, waiting periods, and exclusions in simple language.Claim Support: Acting as a bridge between the client and the insurance company during hospitalizations to ensure smooth claim settlements.Renewals: Following up with existing clients to ensure their coverage doesn't lapse.
