Job Description

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will promote and sell life insurance policies to individuals and families. Your role involves understanding clients’ financial needs, offering suitable insurance plans, and assisting with policy documentation and claims. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and staying updated on LIC products and market trends.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients.Explain and recommend suitable insurance plans.Assist with policy applications and documentation.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Provide after-sales support and claims assistance.Requirements:Minimum 10+2 qualification.Good communication and sales skills.IRDA certification (training will be provided).Self-motivated and customer-focused.
