Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard potential agents and partners to expand the network. Drive sales for Motor/ Life/ Health or Commercial Line insurance products through the agency channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Provide training and support to agents to help them achieve sales targets. Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives. Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales, specifically in insurance products (Motor/ Life/ Health, or Commercial Lines). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively. Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency network is a plus.
