Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales, focusing on General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI Sales, Banca Sales, and Bancassurance.
Manage a team of agents to achieve targets and improve performance metrics such as YTD appointments, active agents, premium collected, etc.
Identify new business opportunities through direct channels (Field Sales) and drive growth in existing markets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in BFSI Sales.
Strong understanding of insurance products including General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Bancassurance & Direct Channel Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an agency setting.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
