Insurance Advisor

Job Summary:

As an Insurance Advisor for Max Life Insurance at Axis Bank, you will be responsible for offering life insurance solutions to bank customers. This includes identifying customer needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with Axis Bank branches to leverage customer relationships and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Axis Bank branch staff and customers

• Identify customer financial goals and suggest appropriate Max Life Insurance plans

• Assist customers with insurance product selection, documentation, and application process

• Generate leads from walk-in customers, referrals, and existing bank database

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company

• Provide after-sales service and support to policyholders

• Participate in regular training and development sessions

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

  Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services or Housewife or Retire person also eligible.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products (training will be provided)
