🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily client calls (minimum 120 mins of talk-time) to explain our services.Generate and follow up on leads for insurance, loans, or digital marketing services.Conduct 3+ client appointments per day (virtual or in-person if required).Recruit, train, and manage 3–5 Sales Officers / Telecallers.Guide and monitor your team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.Maintain CRM or Excel records of leads, calls, and conversions.Participate in daily virtual huddles and weekly sales reviews.
