Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead student recruitment, manage inquiries, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and experience in education consultancy or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities
Convert leads into admissions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage and follow up with potential students
Coordinate with IELTS/PTE coaching team
Build relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers
Organize seminars and promotional events
Maintain student records and CRM data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
2–5 years of experience in sales (education consultancy preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of study abroad process is a plus
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good command of English and Hindi
Salary Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month (based on performance)
