🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Hotel/Banquet Sales Executives to drive room bookings, banquet events, conferences, weddings, and corporate sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and a passion for hospitality sales.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Generate leads for banquet bookings, events, conferences & room sales

• 🤝 Meet corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners & event organizers

• 🏨 Conduct hotel property visits and presentations for clients

• 💼 Handle group bookings, MICE, and corporate tie-ups

• 📞 Follow up on inquiries and close sales deals

• 📊 Prepare quotations, proposals & contracts

• 🎯 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

• 🧾 Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports

🎓 Eligibility

• 🎓 Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Marketing (preferred)

• 🕒 Experience: 1–5 years in hotel/banquet/event sales

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

• 🚗 Willing to travel locally for client meetings
