We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Hotel Sales Manager with 2–5 years of hotel industry experience to drive total revenue across Corporate, Travel Trade, and OTA distribution channels. The role focuses on business development, revenue optimization, client relationship management, and online channel performance to maximize Rooms, Banquet, and F&B revenue.
Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets (Rooms, Banquets & F&B).
Develop and execute sales strategies for Corporate, and OTA segments.
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and sales calls to generate business.
Negotiate corporate contracts, event proposals, and rate agreements.
Coordinate with Revenue team to optimize pricing, ADR, and RevPAR.
2. Client & Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with corporate and travel trade accounts.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-ups, proposals, and conversion of leads.
Deliver high client satisfaction to drive repeat business.
3. Online Distribution & Market Analysis
Manage OTA channels and monitor rate parity and visibility.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Optimize online listings and promotions for better ranking and revenue growth
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Business / Marketing.
