Salary Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Incentive:

Attractive commission on bookings achieved

Target:

~ ₹2,50,000 monthly business generation

Job Responsibilities:

Generate room bookings, marriage function bookings, banquet bookings, and group stays

Bring business from:

Wedding planners

Travel agents

Corporate clients

Pilgrim groups

Event organizers

Local references

Visit local markets, event organizers, schools, coaching centers, and companies for tie-ups

Handle OTA inquiries and lead conversions

Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls

Maintain daily sales reports and booking records

Coordinate with hotel operations team for smooth guest handling

Promote hotel on social media and local networks

Monthly Sales Target

Total Monthly Revenue Target: ₹2,50,000

Possible breakup:

Room bookings

Marriage lawn bookings

Banquet events

Group tour bookings

Food & event packages

Incentive Structure

Up to ₹2.5 lakh business → Normal salary

Above ₹2.5 lakh → 10% incentive on extra business

₹5 lakh+ business → Higher bonus + performance reward

Example:

₹4 lakh monthly sales

→ Extra ₹1.5 lakh achieved

→ Incentive @10% = ₹15000 extra

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram

Local market understanding

Confidence in client dealing

Experience in hotel/event sales preferred

Ability to achieve targets independently

Preferred Candidate

Experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, travel agency, or real estate sales

Local candidate from Mathura/Vrindavan preferred

Own bike preferred for local visits

Working Hours:

10 AM – 7 PM

Weekly 1 day off
