We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the hotel’s growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record in hotel operations and staff management.
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and handling guest feedback.
Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Manage vendor relationships and hotel supplies procurement.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office.
