Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Development Manager to promote Devlok Himachal in Delhi, Punjab & Haryana by building strong B2B partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans
• Build and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporates, and event companies
• Promote the property for leisure, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) bookings
• Represent the resort at travel and tourism events
• Regularly commute to the resort in Manali to align with the team
• Maintain CRM, sales reports, and market updates
Requirements:
• 7–8 years of experience in hotel/hospitality sales or destination marketing
• Strong travel agent and corporate network across Delhi, Punjab & Haryana
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Based in Delhi or nearby with a willingness to travel to Manali regularly
• Background in hospitality, tourism, or event sales
