Home Loan Referral Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Home Loan Referral Manager to generate and manage home loan business through referral partners, channel partners, real estate agents, builders, brokers, and other referral sources.

The candidate will be responsible for building a strong referral network, generating quality leads, coordinating with internal sales teams, and ensuring business conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of home loan referral partners.

• Generate home loan leads through brokers, DSAs, real estate agents, builders, developers, and other referral sources.

• Identify and onboard new referral partners to increase business volume.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners.

• Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to referral partners.

• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Login teams for smooth processing of leads.

• Follow up on leads from login to sanction and disbursement.

• Achieve monthly lead generation, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.

• Track referral partner performance and maintain regular business reports.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the referral network.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.

• Resolve partner and customer queries promptly.

• Conduct regular meetings and visits with referral partners for business development.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1–10 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services.

• Experience in referral/channel partner management will be preferred.

• Strong network of real estate agents, builders, brokers, or DSAs will be an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Target-oriented and capable of achieving business targets.

• Good knowledge of home loan products and the overall loan process.

• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and business development.
