Generate leads through field visits, referrals, channel partners, and cold calling
Sell home loan products to salaried and self-employed customers
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements
Collect and verify customer documents
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for loan processing
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and DSAs
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
Provide post-sales support until loan disbursement
