Job Description

Educate customers about gold loan products and drive sales growth.
Conduct valuation of gold ornaments and ensure quality assessment.
Manage the gold loan application process, document verification, and loan approval procedures.
Increase the branch's gold loan portfolio and achieve business targets.
Ensure timely collection of EMIs/interest payments and monitor overdue accounts.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal regulatory requirements.
Monitor the security of pledged gold and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to senior management.
Guide team members and manage their performance effectively.
