Gold Buyer Executives

We are looking for a Gold Buyer Executives to join our team at Mk Gold & Commodities Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:: Handle gold buying processing from customer Perform gold appraisal and valuation using standard methods Verify customer KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Maintain accurate records of gold storage and transactions Ensure safe handling and storage of pledged gold Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries Achieve monthly buying and disbursement targets Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts Cross-sell other financial products offered by the organization Maintain branch hygiene and follow audit requirements Required Skills: Basic knowledge of gold purity and valuation techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Buying and target-oriented mindset Basic computer skills (MS Office, banking software) Integrity and trustworthiness (important due to asset handling) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) Prior experience in gold loan, banking, NBFC, or retail finance is an advantage Freshers may be considered with relevant training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Loan disbursement volume Customer acquisition and retention Gold appraisal accuracy Recovery and repayment rates Compliance and audit scores

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role isbelow 10thand1 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
